When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3 working days from our London studio. Pre-orders for hand-made pieces (typically Talavera and Zapotec rugs) ship in the window stated on the product page — usually 4–6 weeks.
How do you handle returns?
30 days on undamaged pieces, no questions asked. We’ll refund the item; return shipping is yours to cover unless the piece arrived damaged.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to the US, Canada, Australia, Israel and a number of EU countries. Duties and import VAT may apply on arrival depending on your country. See our delivery page for the full list of countries and rates.
Are these pieces dishwasher safe?
Hand-painted Talavera is best hand-washed. We mark dishwasher-safe pieces individually on each product page.
